The Pinky Restaurant was born from the vision of Late Amit Baghel, fondly known as Pinky, who laid its foundation in 1987 at Namner Idgah Road, Agra. At a time when quality vegetarian dining options were limited in the area, he dared to dream big — establishing the first-ever restaurant in this locality dedicated to serving authentic Indian vegetarian cuisine. 

Hi, I’m Ankit Baghel, the proud owner of The Pinky Restaurant, continuing the legacy started by my father, Late Amit Baghel (Pinky), in 1987. Along with managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, I bring my expertise as an SEO specialist and social media marketer to grow our brand in the digital world.
